About Us

The North City Deanery of the Archdiocese of St. Louis created the Interracial Relations Committee to build relationships across racial lines.

The North City Deanery, now known as The North City Interracial Relations Committee, still seeks to build relationships across racial lines. We are grounded in our shared Catholic faith and are committed to understanding the reality and history of racism and how it has affected our parish communities. We seek to live out more fully Jesus' universal prayer "that they may be one."
